He was clear and up front about pricing, timing, and any potentially hiccups we could run into. He communicates well, is available by phone when needed, and follows through. Tom at Excelexterior and his team replaced the entire exterior of our 1976 era house in Hardie plank as well as replacing the roof and gutters. I have high standards... read more for quality and detail of work. Tom and his team met and exceeded those standards. Tom is great to work with, knows his craft, is not pushy in his sales interactions, and has a great team to implement the job. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for siding and roofing. His prices where a little less than the "gold" standard guys in the Raleigh area but I believe his quality was as good or better than theirs. After completing my job, I had him do a major job for my mother's house and they did a great job there as well. My only hesitation is that sometimes he can be a bit slow in getting the guys started since he is in high demand. But he is willing and able to do what it takes to get the job done right.
